Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and handle staff management and training. Responsibilities include managing financial records, implementing effective workflows, attending board meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires leading strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals and maintaining a customer-first approach while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and operational supervisory skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and planning
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in credit union or financial institutions
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with banking software and technological solutions relevant to financial management
• Prior experience in management within a credit union or financial services company is a plus

The Credit Union Office will be CLOSED Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, 2025 for Thanksgiving.
